Each item needs two lead coaches to sign it off. While you're in training you can record results on Dry Run test days.

One report per athlete. Families who said yes to AI-assisted reports get an AI first draft; everyone else gets a blank draft for a coach to write. Nothing is sent until a coach approves it.
